Updates, security and privacy in the app
EK333 treats the mobile client as a core product, so it receives regular updates. Most patches are small and focus on stability, new games integration and interface tweaks. The app usually asks you to update on launch, and you only need to tap Confirm.
From the security side, the app uses the same TLS encryption as the website, with certificates issued by reputable providers. Login credentials are stored in encrypted form, and sensitive actions such as withdrawals can be protected by a separate transaction password. If you enable it, the app will ask for this code even if someone already has access to your phone.
Session monitoring helps detect unusual patterns. For example, if your account suddenly logs in from a new country or shows repeated wrong password attempts, the risk system may freeze withdrawals until support confirms your identity. This reduces the chance of someone stealing your BDT balance.
In Internal Message you receive system alerts about logins, password changes and security recommendations. Keeping an eye on this inbox helps you spot any activity that does not look familiar.
